I am terribly afraid of the dentist. Dr. Bell and her staff made me comfortable. They answered questions before I even asked. She worked on my teeth efficiently and reduced my stress level. I couldn't believe how relaxed I was when I left her office. More importantly, they are on time. If your appointment is for 10:30, within 5 minutes you are in the chair and being seen. Tha's a plus.

A little, but I wish they had explained it more thoroughly
Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment?
Definitely not, and when I arrived they had forgotten that I had an appointment

They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I was hoping to get some sample toothbrushes or toothpaste after my appointment, but I didn't get anything.
