Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. I love when I leave the dentist and I'm able to feel how much cleaner my mouth is, and I definitely felt that after my appointment here. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry.
i have only been to this office twice and the first time my mouth wasn't completely clean. I haven't been back for my 6 month annual cleaning yet. I had to make a appointment for my mouth to checked because it felt like I had some cavities but it was a root canal and I went there on Feb. 11 and on Feb. 14. The dentists are very good in asking questions, and telling me what they are doing. But the front desk workers are too noisy and talkative. They left out some things when I left there on Feb. 14 I was only told that I would get a phone call about if my insurance would be accepted for a wisdom tooth not how long I would have to deal with a temporary filling. It was so noisy in the front desk that I wouldn't be able to hear the answer anyway. The women are very nice in the front desk but they need to give a patient more information before they leave. I walked past the desk because I wanted to leave on Feb. 14 and she didn't even say anything to me. I left at about 11:25 am on Feb. 14.
