OK for routine cleanings. Would never recommend them for any major problem. Had a severe infection, which, although, I complained about in great detail, was undiagnosed until eight months later, when the pain was excruciating. Then was told, "you need a root canal, NOW and must pay for it in full NOW". That night, I called the office, crying in severe pain only to find, not only a rude answering service representative, but the dentist never bothered to call me back. That night, I ended up in the ER. The ER doctor gave me a shot of morphine. Which, by the way, did not take away the pain. The next day I called the office. I found the staff to be uncaring and extremely rude. What a nightmare.

I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room leave something to be desired. They could use an upgrade as they are not the most comfortable. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. All they want is your money!!!!!!!!!!! Do NOT go here!!
