Dr Rotem restored my faith in dentists. He and his staff explain the procedure to me so well I had one question. I was missing all my top teeth and he and his staff made me feel completely at ease which is just impossible to do. He was excellent his staff was courteous there was no wait time the office was clean. If anybody I know ever needs a dentist I would recommend the doctor absolutely.

Dr. Rotem and his staff always make me feel like royalty when I am there. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes and Dr.Rotem is extra gentle as he knows I have a low tolerance for pain. Highly reccomend!

I was embarrassed to smile and afraid to go to the dentist.  Dr. Rotem helped me get my mouth healthy and gave me back my smile!  I have recommended many of my friends and colleagues to Dr. Rotem – I feel so fortunate to have Dr. Rotem as my dentist.

The office staff always remembers me by name and greets me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. The oflfice staff has accomodated my time contraints when requesting appointments. I have never had to wait longer than 10 minutes to be seen. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Dr. Rotem was friendly and accommodating, has made follow-up calls to me at home after procedures. I felt very welcome and comfortable, and well supported in my efforts to overcome a life-long fear of the dentist. Quite frankly, I could not imagine consulting anyone else for my dental needs.

For a Dentist who supposedly specialized in patients with a fear of going to the dentist, this guy has the personality of a wet mop. Not only did he make me feel uncomfortable and awkward because of his demeanor, but he would purposely ignore me when asked questions.
Fortunately, the office itself was very clean and all of the equipment is state of the art. They are overpriced compared to other dentists in the area, but on a good note they offer chocolate chip cookies and coffee in the waiting room... Yeah, I don't get that either ;)

My experience with Dr. Ron Rotem in 2010 was a complete upper dental restoration. The restoration cost me $14,000. I took a 6 year loan through Dr. Rotem's office. It has been two years and three months and two of my front teeth crowns fell out. I contacted Dr. Ron Rotem a year ago about pain in those two teeth and he told me to go to an endodontist. Dr. Ron Rotem had already performed root canals and crowns on my teeth, why should I have had to go to an endodontist? I wanted Dr Ron Rotem to take care of me since I had paid him $14,000 and it was his work that needed to be repaired. Dr. Ron Rotem refused to take care of me. After taking a six year loan you would think the quality of the restoration he performed would have lasted six years. Why did DR. Ron Rotem and his staffer encourage me to take a six year loan if the work wasn't going to last 6 years. I encourage anyone seeking Dental care or dental restorations to avoid seeing this doctor. Dr. Ron Rotem does not stand behind his work!!!! I have filed a complaint with the dental board and I have contacted the attorneys for senior services since I'm a senior citizen and feel like I have been taken advantage of.
