Dr. Rotem and his staff are fantastic! His practice was recommended to me by a friend who knew how 'squeamish' I am about dental visits. Dr. Rotem was kind and courteous and made the whole process as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend!

I was impressed. From the soothing music to the time they spent with me. I definitely knew they took a holistic approach to their service.

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was completely at ease during my appointment here.

Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Yes, I wasn't comfortable at all
Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
Yes, I had to wait forever.
Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment?
No, I don't think they cared whether I showed up or not
