I am so disheartened by this dentist. I truly loved how friendly the staff and the Dr was, but they were not there for me when I needed them. I went in to see them with a toothache and explained I was leaving on vacation. The Dr. assured me that I just had a mild infection that he would treat with an antibiotic. Two days later I was still in pain and when I called for a new appointment they could not see me for four days even though I expressed I was in severe pain. They did not offer to refer me elsewhere or even to call in an antibiotic, they just said sorry were booked. I will not return to a place that will not help there patients through an emergency situation. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They didn't give me any information about how much my procedure would cost before they scheduled it. It felt like they were just trying to get it over with so I would have to pay for it before really considering it.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I am so happy with the progress I am making with them, Dr Aiello is truly the best!

I have visited this dentist with my 10 year old who has a terrible mouth. They have been the niciest dentists ever to my son. Amazingly comforting, relaxed, did procedure and my son never even knew he had a needle, which isn't allowed to be spoken of in the office. The orthodonist has been so good and patient and explains every step she is doing. So, far saw women dentists and they have been great. Definitely take your kids here.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Not only are they recommended by other dentists, other dentists are always calling asking for advice. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. It was obvious that they didn't take any pride in their office's appearance. I don't think that place has ever been cleaned. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
