If I could give negatives I would. Absolute worst place I have been. I should have listened to reviews. I supposedly needed 5 root canals. Blindly went through 4 of them. All of them are a disaster, 3 of the crowns have chipped off and now are just metal. One keeps falling off and I have to put it back on with dental putty from the store. One has always hung off to the side and rubs against my tongue. When I told Nancy about these problems she said it was fine. Uhm no, I am now in the process of having a dentist fix the disaster. I have always had good teeth and questioned whether or not I needed these root canals. The waiting room is disgusting. On my last visit a patient came out crying. She had said she told the doctor that the Novocain was not working but they went through the procedure any way. The same thing had happened to me. Maybe they were short on Novocain that day. I wish I never walked through the doors.

Dr .Grewal is the best dentist i have visited in years ,she makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed and i'm not scared to go to the dentist anymore ,the best office ever.

I wasn't too impressed with the staff. They could have been a lot more friendly. When I heard that they didn't have a TV for me to watch during my dental procedure, I thought I'd be able to read a magazine, but they didn't have those either. They really need to make more of an effort to entertain their patients during those long procedures. I was completely UNsatisfied with my visit. Waste of time and money if you ask me. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. I was hoping for some advice about how I could prevent tooth decay at home, but they didn't give me any. She told me I need a root canal, I went for second option and I did not need it at all. She claimed I need my teeth scaled.. Which was 250.00 out of pocket and I did not. She made we wait over an hour because she was running late. This dentist is scam artist. Would not recommend

Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure

Absolutely, it was fantastic!
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
Does this provider always put the customer first?
Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
