Dr. Kim is an excellent dentist. His staff are very attentive and the practice is patient friendly. He will answer all your questions and the dental work is done in a very caring manner. He has been my dentist for 8 years and I wish that I had found him sooner.

Staff is friendly. But I felt like my cleaning was rushed and it took forever for the doctor to come in to do my exam.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

No, but I can always find a seat
Was the dental equipment clean?
Absolutely! It looked brand new
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
Yes, but it didn't bother me much

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
