I personally love the way Dr. Ferrara and his staff make me feel at ease, comfortable and give me all my options. For someone who has a phobia of the Dentist in general, Robert is wonderful, conversational and down to earth which makes me feel comfortable at all times and his referrals are excellent!

I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special.

No, there was no annoying music

Not really, it could have been much cleaner
