Everyone from receptionist to the dentist, they are professionals and experts in the field. I feel safe and listened to when in their care. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was discussed-- my questions were answered. They take the time to address concerns of mine and also suggest preventative measures that less ethical dentists withhold. And it's a pleasure to be in the office . It's obviously a work place that enjoy themselves. If they take care of staff, my assumption is they do the same for patients.

Yes

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment

Absolutely! I'm very confident they have my best interest in mind
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
No, they've never taken personal calls with me
