I've never gotten a call to remind me about my upcoming appointment. It made me feel like they didn't care whether I showed up or not. I was not totally satisfied with my visit. Although nothing went wrong, I had hoped for more. My twin girls had an Appt. my son who has a rare heart condition had an emergency and I was unable to make it to the appt. I called a few days later to apologioze and make an apt the secretary was so rude and told me that my girls would never be seen there casue I was not able to call and let them know I was not able to come. She said they only give two "chances" on no call-no show well I have only made the one Apt. "my girls appt. was at the same time" I'm extremely upset with this! I was not made aware of this "rule" either. and who in there right mind would remember to call the dentist when their child with a heart condition needed medical attention! I would appreciate it if someone would contact me about this matter.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
