The staff at this office used to be professional, but through the years, the practice has gone down hill....My last two visits, my mouth was horrible chewed up by the instruments which were used to fill two very tiny cavities. I shared this with the office and the dentist, but it didn't seem to matter....I even suggested to the dentist and his staff after the first horrible and painful procedure that it might be nice, as well as, a professional jesture to contact the patient after they have gone through such an ordeal to check on them....This was never done...I had to call him. I missed a week of work, couldn't talk and/or eat for days...I have never been through such an ordeal, nor have I been treated so shabbily! Would NOT recommend this dentist!

It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.

I didn't like the Dentist or Manager's attitude when I needed help with a retainer after becming new patients just months earlier. Not very helpful at all. Kind of felt pressured to purchase from them but I didn't. My insurance was billed for a periodontal cleaning when I only had a regular cleaning which was done by the dentist himself rather than a hygenist. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find.
