I was referred to Island Dental Center by a nurse that worked at Nevada Cancer Institute and cannot say enough about this place. People were very friendly and clean. I only needed some fillings and crowns so I can't say much about bigger treatments but my experience here was very good.

I had been going to Island Dental for over 5 years. The staff and office are nice. I was willing to give Dr Tomita a second chance and continue seeing him even after he gave me a poorly done bridge. The bridge just kept falling out! After seeing them recently for a routine cleaning, I inquired why my husband was charged for xrays and a dental evaluation when the appointment was only for a cleaning with a hygenist. Rudely the staff blamed my husband for a being a grown man, who should've refused the xrays. (He's the ideal husband...does as his wife informs him in matters he is aloof to)

No apology for the miscommunicaton or misinformation from the staff. And then the conservation quickly and surprizingly turned to find a new dentist! Wow...Ok
