Do not for any reason go here! They have no customer service. Dentist was more concerned about his vacation that started in an hour, Receptionist staff is awfull, billing makes mistakes. They hang up on you, will transfer you to extensions that do not work and always have excuses for mistakes.

The only reason this office has patients is because it accepts insurance but beware that they do not bill the insurance companies correctly and want you to pay. Do not go here if you have a choice of any where else in north Las Vegas or Las Vegas. In the end you will be very sorry because of the LACK of quality service.

After visiting this Dental Office, seeing David Chung, D.D.S. more than eight times, I am thoroughly convinced this Dentist and his staff are amateurs. I have had my lips burned by the assistant, my teeth messed up by the Dentist. I would advise all to find another place to have your teeth worked on!

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Their billing department are clueless and evidently suffer from Alzheimers disease because the moment that you leave any conversation had leaves with you. Visit at risk. One dentist freaked out my daughter doing a basic extraction which really upset me. He rushed into the room, flipped the pliers around and started yanking in her mouth. He was also rude to me - very unprofessional.

I am a llittle confused with the aray of reviews. First, the staff is the friendliest ever. They went over every procedure with me before doing anything, they went over the costs and had my insurance info for me before doing anything. There may a bit of a up-sell but the decsion was still mine. Everything was painless and professional.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
