It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
