They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized and professional. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. It was difficult to find parking at their office. I had to look for a while and was almost late for my appointment. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.
