Very professional, and friendly. I feel like I've known everyone for years! They make you as comfortable as possible when conducting work on your teeth (take it from one whose been scared of the dentist all his life šŸ˜)

Dr Germaine is very caring and meticulous. He is respectful of my time and generally runs on schedule. I love how he walks me through the process before and during my visits. He was very concerned about a possible future problem and sent me to a specialist that I am very happy with. The entire staff is friendly and easy to work with. Scheduling is easy and they are flexible with changes that may pop up. I would recommend using this office to any of my friends and family.

Where can I begin? First off Anna at the front desk is amazing! She tries so hard to accommodate the patients with their appointments. She is so easy to reach. And if there is a cancellation she will definitely reach out. The dental hygienist, Melissa, is so knowledgeable, pleasant and truly cares about your dental hygiene. And Dr Germaine is the best! He is the best dentist Iā€™ve ever had. He is down to earth, experienced and efficient. I canā€™t say enough about Dr Germaine and his staff. I actually enjoy going to my dentist!

I canā€™t say enough about the office staff and Dr. Germaine himself. The office staff is friendly and so accommodating and welcoming the moment you walk in the office! Dr Germaine is the most thorough dentist I have ever been to in my life and I am 54. I have been to numerous dentist in my lifetime and loyal to none until I was referred to and sat in Dr. Germaineā€™s chair! He is kind, compassionate, thorough and spends all the time he needs to with you explaining everything you need in Great detail and takes the time to answer all your questions and concerns. He made me feel as if I was his only patient he was treating that day (which of course I was not). I wasnā€™t just a client with billable insuranceā€¦ā€¦.I was a person and he will be the only dentist I and my family will ever see despite the 40 minute drive! He and his staff are all CONSUMMATE PROFESSIONALS who actually really do care about you as a patient and person!

I had an emergency and this DDS was highly recommended by my close from whom is a patient for many years. This office accommodated me the same day when my own DDS wouldnā€™t fit me in! The staff was incredible, sweet, kind and compassionate as well as the dds. I highly recommend this office and will be returning and bringing my family to be patients here as well. If you are looking for an honest, professional, clean, friendly dentist... this is your place!

Impressive First Visit. Needed a crown repair. Easy appointment with excellent help and guidance from Anna, his assistant. Dr. Germaine provided a thorough evaluation in a comfortable atmosphere and then gave me a complete, easy-to-understand, explanation of my options without any sales pitch. Received a temporary repair and will follow up with a replacement.
