I thought I was the only patient encountering these issues but after reading the reviews i understand now that this place is just not for patients. The attitudes of the receptionists are just horrible. i have been waiting on a referral now for 3 mths. my insurance even call them and the refuse to talk. i was lucky enough to be able to change my dentist. if you are looking for a dentist don't stop here they are horrible.

The WORST!! I highly do not recommend this dentistry--- they are so bad that the entire staff was fired and they still have the worst receptionist.
They are is very rude and unprofessional.
I was unfortunate to stay with them until the entire work is done however I experience following: Reschedule appointments, 2 temp crown fall out less than 24 hours, Do not call to tell you your crown came in even though they say that is the proper procedure And terrible work on teeth whiting to the point that Dr. Michelle burned my gums during the procedure..

Please do not go to this dentist-- spend your money or get treated with respect and professionalism in a better office.

Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure
