Horrible office . No patience at all especially if you have governmental insurance ... both dr rich and dr simonetti have no patience .. both walked out of the room while I was talking .. I never thought in a million years I would need my tooth removed .... they rushed through it disregarded my pain ( had to pull over in the highway due to the pain ) aside from walking out on me both doctors provided conflicting information ... one doctor said it wasn't savable and walked out and one doctor said it was savable and walked out ...and then dr rich pretty much accused me of lying if what dr simonetti said .. why would I come to the conclusion that my tooth needs to be removed if that wasn't what was said to me .... a very unprofessional office .... these are my dentist visits I'm using and won't be able to use it until 6 months .... they both left me with their assistants because they didn't want to answer questions ... I left crying due to the treatment .. the receptionist even told me to "shhhssh" while I was explaining to her my insurance ... very disgusting ... worst than doctors gills office which was the office by them and is now closed due to their treatments to their patients and misdiagnosis.

I am 63 years old and have seen many dentists in my life. I have seen Dr. Simonetti for the last 12 years. He is the best dentist I have ever been to. When he puts a crown in your mouth, 15 mins later it feels like its been in your mouth for ever. The man is an artist with dentistry, simply the best. If your lucky enough to get an appointment with him, go out and buy a lottery ticket , because that's your lucky day,

This review is for dentist Simonetti and his sidekick will. The two of them like to team up and talk down to patients, very condescending. They seem to enjoy bullying women. Couldn't have been more disrespectful. They feel the need to lecture you about canvellations. Worst beside manner; just aweful people. Do yourself a favor and chose different people to clean your teeth.
