They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. Very nice office but patients are paying for it, I did not like seeing different Drs. each visit. Felt like a number.

These orthodontists are wonderful -- so kind and gentle with my daughter. She's just 9, but they make a point of talking to her, rather than over her head to my husband and me, which I think really helps her feel better. They were recommended to us by both our regular dentist and family members, so we didn't shop around -- can't comment on whether their price is competitive, but it seems reasonable. Their current office is small and not well marked, but they're moving very soon to a larger building on Rt 5 which should be easier to locate.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. This orthodontist had a very kid-friendly office. With everything from magazines to TV's in the waiting room to games, I would think that kids would find this a fun place to go. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. Something great about this office is the fantastic chairs they have in their waiting room. I could practically fall asleep while waiting to see the orthodontist.
