If I had a choice of dentist I would not be going to them they broke my tooth during a filling! If I could give less than 1 star I wouldn't give them 1/2 star that's how bad they are
I have been taking my daughter here for years and have never had any issues until recent. We waited 20 minutes for her appointment then asked when she might be seen just to be told it would be at least another 15 minutes. Rather than calling us to reschedule as a dental hygienist left early that day we were expected to wait. Nor were we advised that there would be a wait when we arrived for her appointment. This office has become very unorganized and unprofessional!
Worst costumer service ever!!! I think they intentionally over book you just so they can charge extra money. I have had 10 appointments made for my kids within a 2 week period and the minute we get our schedules crossed they tell me I need to learn to run my house hold better or not let my husband bring the kids to the dentist or make appointments. Will never bring my kids there again and will never recommend them to anyone! These people are scammers!!! First day there a grown woman runs out of there in tears.... great impression !!!
I have been a patient at Canalview dental for several months. I must say that because of all the negative reviews I was a bit skeptical about this office. HOWEVER, I have never met a Dr.'s office where the staff is so kind, patient and considerate. The office is very clean and modernized. I was very comfortable with the dentist and every single staff person. I will never see anyone but them!! Thank you to all of you for taking such awesome care of me!!
The office manager or whatever her title is can be very rude and condescending. As for any work performed the dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth was quite professional and did a great job. The dentist assigned to me did a good job pulling my upper teeth so I could be fitted for a denture. I needed a couple of lower teeth removed and a section of my jaw bone reworked, again a good job. Now the bad. A couple of my lower teeth needed to be capped. The caps fell off in less than 18 months. The upper denture made for me never fit correctly and was relined several time to no avail. Due to other medical issues and the many doctors I see remembering appointments can get forgotten without reminders. I never received any reminders from this office. After being constantly hospitalized for my other issues I finally decided to stop in at the office and make an appointment to do something about the denture and my caps plus get a checkup. This is when her highness became rude when I attempted to explain why I hadn't been able to get in a see them. She even demanded that I get clearance from my transplant team when I told her they said it wasn't necessary. All I wanted is to be able to wear my denture and be able to eat some of my favorite hard to gum solid foods again. It's tough finding decent providers that deal with Medicaid Managed Care plans.
