East Fishkill Dental Group is the best place ever! The front staff were so welcoming especially Kim Katie and kathy. However the other girl who I think is named Tina she was kind of in the clouds. On the other hand the office was very clean and up scaled. The assistants were nice as well. I love the one assistant in particular named Lea. She helped me answer all my questions that I was concerned about she made me feel at ease. I also had a good experience with the oral surgeon Dr. Sunwoo he was great. His sense of humor was a little dry.

I came to fishkill dental because my primary dentist did not do oral surgery, So the only other place my insurance took was Fishkill Dental, Dr. Sunwoo.. so my first appt. I waited 31/2 hours to see him for 2 min. to sx it for July 30, called the day before to make sure everything was approved they said yes don't drink after midnight because I was getting sedated. so I come In the following morning and my sedation is not approved so I have to pay out of pocket,, after waiting several hours I go back dr. sunwoo is in a mood trys to get a vain and can noy so gets more mad. to make a long story short I was never sedated and de. sunwooooo has no freaking manners I will never go back and make sure I tell everyone I know FOREVER!!!! I think that everyone in the office staff should take a lesson or more in customer service. The are rude, crude and have no professional manner. When I called about getting information on my husband they were reading another person chart, ok, what about HIPA. This happend 3 times, because each person had no idea what they were doing they put someone else on the phone. One person had me hold for 20 mins. I hung up and called back the next day, It was either Kathy, Tina or Kim they said when they got back on the phone I wasn't there, I asked why they didn't call me back and it never accured to them. Why would you call a back a customer??? Also, when asked to speak to the dentist, Jamie the office manager told me that she feels I think her office staff are idiots, she said that not me. What is that saying.. I told her I still want to speak with the dentist, she said good luck, and hung up. Wow, Do the dentist know how there patients are being treated. Someone should look into the staff a little more carefully and take some action.
