Dr. K. and Receptionist Judy make Seneca Dental a great place to visit. My wife and I have been patients for a couple of years and highly recommend this office for all ones dental needs. Very friendly and compassionate individuals👍👍 Thanks!!!!

went for 2 appts first was fine second on my daughter had a filling that came out in less then a month. they sent me one bill it was all marked by pen saying I owed less then the typed amount it said I owed $164. I forgot about it never received another one then I'm called at work and told I owe almost double the originally bill ($324) and if I didn't pay by noon its going in collections and I will also be billed a 60% interest rate and they will garnish my wages. Then turned around 2 weeks later and called my husband and threated the same thing.

Very poor Service, They have destroy One tooth, With filling are added they fall out in less then a month. I truly would never recommend them to anyone. I had to go there because of Job Insurance, Again very poor Dental Service

they cleaned my teeth in april , went back there in sept ,a filling came out he filled , then 2 months later went to a new dentist , i had 5 cavitie's including the one he filled, i tryed talking to the desk person , she treated me very badly continued actually fighting with me on the phone like she is in 5th grade, i called my isurance company because i don't feel i should have to pay that twice, and they should reemburse them , so now, i'm waiting for complaint paper's from the insurance company , and on top of that i will call the better buisness bureau and file a complaint, i have a feeling he was mabe planning on root canal's for me , thats why i think he did'nt tell me or want to fix those cavities, i have very good insurance and they pay pretty good , so i told the insurance company that. thank god i used my better judgement and went to a very good dentist,so be very careful going there.

Dentists are great. Their front desk staff are horrible!! Very rude, unprofessional, and borderline discriminatory! I called about a billing discrepancy and rather than work it out their staff became abusive, and threatening. They then determined (without the authority of higher ups am sure) that I was no longer a client! They have been reported to the Better Business Bureau.

Seneca Dental Associates is probably the best dental practice I have personally experienced. It is operated by a husband/wife team - the Nguyens. Both have worked on my teeth, and I find them to be very professional and pleasant. The staff is great, and I never have felt I spent too much there for the work performed. I can recommend this practice without hesitation.
