The receptionist is very rude, both on the phone and in person. The hygienist will condescendingly lecture you on your tooth care the entire time she has her fingers stuck in your mouth. Dr. Heck will rush in and make an appearance for all of three minutes. They will push Xrays and procedures on you even if you don't need them in order to get more money out of your insurance company. And if you have children, you had better watch them very closely, because they will attempt to perform procedures on your kids without consulting you first. After going here for several years, our three children hate this office so much, that they won't go back. We are switching dentists. PS: Some of the positive reviews on this site are obviously fake.

This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

I love how attentive they are here. Their full attention is always on thier patients and they make you feel special. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. Maria does the best cleaning job in the world, I have never had anybody clean my teeth the way she does. The staff is all great and the office is always clean.I would recommend this Dentist to anyone.

I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. Not only did the crowns, fillings, and veneers I got last for a long time, they lasted way longer than they were supposed to. It was great not having to go in and get them redone all the time. I could tell that they did a fantastic job putting them in. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. Although I was hoping to be able to watch my favorite show during my dental procedure, they had plenty of magazines for me to look through. My procedure flew by because I had something to distract me the entire time. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.
