They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
