When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

The assistant took a couple of root-canal x-rays and didn't put the shield on my chest. After the Dentist did more root canal work, he took more x-rays and this time he did put the shield on.It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. The office was easy enough to find.

It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
