Never ever go to this dentist !!!! He's horrible , me & my 2 daughters came for a check up , first he told me I needed to get 3 teeth extracted however , I knew it would be possible to get it fixed , as my new dentist fixed what needed to be fixed & I still have all my teeth , then he did X-rays on my daughter who has braces when he wasn't suppose to & I didn't know that at the time , after that all he did was look at her teeth & said she doesn't know how to brush instead of cleaning her teeth & giving her tips on what she should do & then for my last daughter he was very rude saying I see she's the only one who knows how to clean her teeth ! Worst experience ever & the wait was about 2 hours & the waiting area is so cramped !!!!

It is very bothersome that a dentist (who should want to resent their place of business as being clean), is set up in this mall that seems to have no janitorial staff whatsoever. I was a patient, and aside from front desk staff being snippy with clients and lacking professionalism to the point that I feel like I am waiting in line to get my hair did at BudgetWeaves, the main problem here is the filthy disaster at the mall entrance that never seems to get cleaned. I don't want to see garbage as I enter to see my dentist and hope for a sterile procedure. I found a new clean facility with a professional staff.

This is the most Ghetto place in Middle Village! Staff is rude and unprofessional - Don't even bother booking an appt weeks in advance.
When you show up for your so-called appt, there are many people ahead of you, or your told the dentist isn't in and they tried to call you but weren't able to reach you - waste of time, really, if your nervous about going to the dentist, you will leave here with an anxiety attack - Customer service at its worst! and that's before you even get in to see the dentist - spare yourself the aggravation and move on to the next
