I will never visit this dentist office ever again!!!!!! They told me i have 5 cavities and I got a second opinion because I've never had problems with my teeth before. The next dentist office i went to couldnt understand why i was there because they said i dont have any cavities. This is a huge mistake because if that dentist covered the white fillings i wanted they would have done work on my teeth that was not needed. The receptionis had a very nasty attitude and i woukdnt recommend this office to anyone.

I wasn't too impressed with the staff. They could have been a lot more friendly. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. I literally sat for 10 minutes for a cleaning which I thought was ridiculous but predictable since I had come in with a Groupon Voucher....bottom line, if they honor your Groupon ticket, more than likely they won't give you the attention you deserve, but gladly take your voucher.

Not at all. Every time I go in they recommend an expensive procedure I don't need

The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome.

ATTN: PARENTS

AVOID THIS DENTALGROUP AT ALL COST ESPECAILLY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN SEEKING DENTAL SERVICES.

As a result of a referral from a famiy member who is currently using the dental services, my son and I had a negative exeperience dealing with an hispanic receptionist, who claimed to be the manager, after we travelled from Whitestone, NY in torrential rain for my 16 yr old son's 3:00 pm appt today for an exam and cleaning.

Receptionist asked for insurance and I retorted to say US Healthcare in addition to saying that the insur info was already given over the phone to the staff member who initially made the appt. Receptionist informs me that the staff person did not enter the insurance info when she made the appt. I responded to say that omission is an internal problem and gave the insurance info again.

Receptionist took exception to my reply claiming I had an attitude by my reply. She then threatened to deny dental services twice to my son due to my alleged attitude in response to inquiry. Clearly, if the insur info was given over the phone when the appt was first made and your staff failed to record it, then it is an internal problem of Middle Village Dental Group and its staff for the error and ommsion, not an ensuing patient. It is apparently clear staff upgrade and propert retraining in customer care are in dired need.

Receptionist talked down to my son and I as though we were animals and in repsond I described her dispictable behavior as "low life." She retorted to curse us shouting you "mother Fu...king," as we walked away from a toxic enivironment.

My son and I have been traumatized by the foul mouth receptionist who claims to be the manger. We would never return to this practice for provider services and all parents should be warned to avoid exposing your children to such low-life animal behavior engaged by management staff at Middle Villahge Dental Group.

AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING dentistry. I'm a 43 year old man who is terrified of going to the dentist due to past experiences. I needed a root canal and some serious periodontal work and went to this practice. Painless. They know where to put the needle for the novocaine - unlike other dentists I went to. I only needed one shot per procedure, as opposed to 2 - 3 from other dentists (and still felt pain and discomfort).

The front desk receptionist, Liz, is so friendly and sweet. She worked with my insurance company to get pre-approval for my periodontal work. The office doesn't look like much: it's located in a dingy mall, but don't let that fool you. As long as I live in Queens, this is my dentist office.



They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find.
