They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Dr. DeMyer listened to everything I had to say before proceeding, and kept asking me if I felt any discomfort during the procedure. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I felt great and pain-free. I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. Everyone has heard my raves already about this dentist. They are so amazing, I just want the world to know! As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.
