If you are looking for a reliable and respectable dentist. DO NOT GO TO SEE ARNOLD MARS. this dentist visits Philippine once every two months, for 'Business Trips" when you do get to see him, you realize he is 70 years old and can not keep his hands steady to do any work. he treats patients like you are only 2 years old and constantly talks down to you. The entire office only has 3 people, the dentist, a part time dental hygienist and 1 front desk. They do not take any insurance and bills patients directly.
