Once upon a time I had a very hard time going to the dentist. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. A and his lovely staff who walked me through everything. I was impressed with how Dr. A was talking to a new staff member at the front while checking me in. His staff genuinely seems to like to be there which I thought was very impressive and stood out to me. His receptionist went through my insurance with me before I was seen which was great since I never really understand what is covered or what to expect for a bill after going to a routine visit like this which can be so frustrating. I took a couple pictures of the office which I will share at a later date. The office is big for the city, clean and an old school feel. I was seen a couple minutes late but nothing to complain about by any means. I felt the care was where it needed to be and what I expected. I did not feel like he was pushing me into anything cosmetic (since I was asking about cosmetic procedures) yet he walked me through what I should start with ...fixing my teeth heath wise and then talk about fun things. He was great over all if you are looking for a nice dentist. I hope this helps someone as I know how tough it is to find a great office.
I needed a doctor quick I had so much pain on my top tooth I had an abscess that kept leaking. I was freaking out and I called his office and he called me back from his cell phone when he heard my voice message trying to find a doctor who could help me today. He said he was in the city and to have me pop in his office. He wasn't even open but he opened his office to see me and check out what was going on. I have never had anything like this happen to me before with a doctor or an emergency even. My next step was the ER. I cannot believe the luck I had calling office this guy was a godsend to me.
Not only do they clean my teeth but they can whiten and also do cosmetic procedures. I thought he was just a general dentist but he does a lot more procedures than I expected. I hate going to multiple offices to get things done I would rather stay at one spot. He did refer me out to see an oral surgeon since I needed to have a tooth totally removed but I appreciated his honestly of telling me to see a specialist for that. I will be having my implant put in and then he will be taking care of the crown portion which I am excited to be done with. Overall he does pretty much everything and if there is something he does not know how to do he will be up front and just tell you.
