I can't say enough things about Dr. Loveless. He made an unpleasant experience a pleasant one. Dr. Loveless provides a calm, professional environment and he is clearly looking out for his patients!

Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.
