DON'T GO THERE!!! Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Dr. Chang was rude and rushed through my visit. I needed to schedule a root canal and I had to wait 3 weeks for the appointment. When I arrived the receptionist was VERY rude and informed me that the dentist wouldn't be back in the office until October. She claimed to have called me to cancel but SHE NEVER DID. She was so rude and didn't apologize at all. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized and professional. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. They gave me a little information about fees and payment plans before my treatment, but not enough. I wish they had gone over it more thoroughly with me. I probably would have decided to not do the treatment.

My husband and I visited Judy Chang DDS for 1 year and were appalled at the low quality of the services we received. On top of giving bad service, Chang and her staff were dishonest about tacking on $100's worth of unsubstantiated charges.
Chang's cleanings were not thorough, though she charged each of us an extra $20 at each cleaning for "Dental Hygiene Instructions." Neither of us recall receiving instruction that would merit such a cost.
The staff is discourteous and abrasive. The receptionist takes personal calls and ignores customers who are waiting to check in or out. She tacks on a minimum $9 fee any time a customer pays by credit card.
Finally, after reviewing our dental insurance claims from 2009 and comparing them with our receipts from West Hill Dental, I found $200 worth of unsubstantiated charges. I went in to the office with a stack of proof to show Chang and she fumbled for excuses before finally having her receptionist refund me.
We have now switched to a dentist in Briarcliff Manor.
