I saw Dr Zhang today. All he said that I m
Dr Chang and then opened my mouth for 30 sec and did some procedure which he called it is a regular cleaning. Office staff was respectful and had manners but not professional and they start asking me
About my insurance card which I already have faxed it over by my insurance company. dr Zhang recommended that I should get deep cleaning done and told me that I need irrigation which will be $ 200 co pay. I refused to get it done. dr Zhang/ Chang did not say good bye before leaving room, was non professional. Will never go to this dentist again even if they provide me with free teeth whitening.

Best dental experience in my life. Excellent Drs. Very professional and knowledgable. Would recommend the office to anyone looking for a dentist. My experience tells me that the negative reviews are due to money being owed. Shame on these patients.

This place is the worst! Dr. Chang is so sarcastic it verges on nasty. She would have been better off choosing a profession that did not require her to interact with people. She should never never be allowed to go any where near children or anyone even slightly sensitive. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

After receiving rude treatment from Dr. Chang and her staff, I decided to move on. They refused to forward my current, paid-for X-rays to my new dental office. They gave me the run-around and stopped taking my calls. They were even rude to the receptionist at my new office when SHE requested the X-rays. These people are the WORST!!

Dr Chang comes off as Suzie Sweetheart, but that is a totally false veneer. I had the first scheduled appointment of the day, yet I sat in the dental chair in a very cold room staring at the walls for 40 minutes while, I was later told, she treated an "emergency", and no one working there had the decency to inform me of anything. I felt this was extremely inconsiderate. When I expressed the thought, Dr Chang lambasted me at great length, totally failing to offer any kind of apology. What she clearly said was she wasn't going to tolerate this kind of attitude from a patient, and she'd be happy to terminate services rather than deal with a patient with such a bad attitude.

Prior to that visit, after asking the receptionist specifically if my dental plan had approved the next step, I was told yes, and made an appointment. On that scheduled day, I drove 48 miles to get there, and was told no, the receptionist got it wrong.
