The office is easy to locate and the Drs are efficient. This is about all this practice has going for it. I've been going here for years and it's only been as of the past year or so that they have taken a turn. The front desk staff is just plain rude, and the way they function is absurd - they require calls back in order to confirm an appointment, and will cancel it if you don't call them back in their timely fashion. They call to confirm the appointment often times 4 days before the appointment, so if you depend on the call back to remember, forget about it - you'll lose track of the appointment by the next day with this mentality. If you don't give them at least 24 hr notice of being unable to make an appointment, not only will you get flack, but you'll also get a note in your chart about it. Do this three times and you're fired. Yes, you read right - they will fire you as a client, so don't you dare end up sick or in unfortunate circumstances that cause you to need to reschedule.
I am disappointed that I have to find another provider. I really did like how quickly the doctors worked. I just can't tolerate their snarky front desk personnel anymore.
