Dr Auster is the most wonderful, caring professional I have ever been to!
She is a perfectionist in providing the best care for her patients! She is sooo very gentle as well. Dr Auster and her staff make sure that their patients are given the utmost in gentle care with exceptional skill and patience. I have been a patient in their office for over 20 years! I had a cosmetic transformation 15 years ago which is STILL sensational!!!

Treatment here is absolutely painless. The environment is extremely warm and friendly. If you have ever been anxious about visiting the dentist, rest assured this is the ideal place to be treated. I recently required a crown. Dr. Auster took the time to explain all of the options, the time and cost involved. I knew she always had my best interest in mind. Dr. Auster is truly an artist. Her cosmetic work is exceptional. She is also extremely accommodating. They stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them and there has even been an instance when she returned to the office on a Sunday to handle an emergency for me. I have had several dentists over the years, but none can compare to the expertise you’ll find in this office. Dr. Auster is a perfectionist who makes sure that the dentistry is exactly what you need. No more, no less. The staff is also very welcoming. They have a waiting room, but quite frankly, I have never waited. Their scheduling is such that they always make sure there is no waiting. And I am always greeted by name. They make an effort to really make you feel comfortable and well cared for.

Auster seemed intent on maximizing her profit on me. Immediately when she saw me she recomended a serious of expensive cosmetic procedures my later dentist disagreed with. (Tens of thousands.) She over-shares her personal life and interests in an attempt to pretend a closer relationship for the purposes of selling not just her dental services but the jewelry she makes out of gold filling material. She has a huge ego and seems interested in turning her patients into sycophant/followers who will open their wallets (not just their mouths) wider and wider. I ultimately found her egotism scary as respect is not a two way street with her. I definitely found her money obsession came before what was best for me & my teeth. A dentist who probably appeals most to patients who want to be under the spell of an all powerful medical practitioner, which might explain the near absence of male patients.

Lori Auster-Moore is a perfectionist. She came highly recommended by a close friend of mine. I'd chipped my two front teeth and was concerned about whether or not they could be made to look whole again. After Lori bonded them, they looked better than before I'd chipped them. Completely natural. She's an absolute professional and practices excellent, thorough dentistry.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. She diagnosed a clinching problem that no one else had caught. She referred me to other specialists as needed and both were outstanding!
