Dr. Flynn and his staff care for myself and family of 6. He is the most thorough and caring dentist we have ever had and his staff is top notch. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

No, I told them I wasn't comfortable, but they didn't respond

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I was a long time patient of Dr. Flynn (over 10 years). I saw him in January of 2009 for a routine cleaning. Apparently, there was a problem with my insurance and he did not get paid for the visit. His office never told me about the problem. I went back for more visits in June and July of 2009. Still, his staff did not mention any problems with the insurance and now there were two more visits that he didn't get paid for.

Fast forward to the fall of 2013. Dr. Flynn puts the outstanding debt on my credit report. Neither he, nor his debt collector, ever made attempts to contact me. Sad, since I am also a doctor and have an office in the same neighborhood and am easily located with Google.

After dozens of phone calls to his office, we figure out the problem but of course after four years the insurance company is saying that they will not pay. So, I decide to pay the bill and Dr. Flynn agrees to take it off my credit report. Six months after paying him, and receiving a letter stating that he will take it off my credit, he has not done so. Because of this, my credit rating is lower and I will pay over 10K more for my recent refinance.

Thanks Dr. Flynn. I went to get my teeth cleaned and instead got my wallet cleaned.

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.

Yes! I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves
Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
No, I didn't notice an odor
Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long
