I visited this office because it was close to where I live. I will never take that approach again. I would rather take two trains and two buses to find a business that is dedicated to the patients in lieu of their dedication to the money they receive. The most devastating event is when the dentist performed a procedure without consent (keep in mind; I have no coverage and had to pay out of pocket). When I was scheduled for the next appointment; the payment I made was use for the procedure that I did not consent to although I was given a descriptive receipt for what I actually paid for. Therefore, they said I still owe money for what I already paid for. As of today, I still have yet to get my money back or what I have already paid for.

A little, but I wish they had explained it more thoroughly
