Today I had an appointment with Starrett City Dental Group even after reading the reviews. I am pleased that I made that appointment because I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Ester.
Dr. Esther was gentle and caring throughout the procedure.
Dr. Esther was so soft I did not feel it when she injected me.
Dr. Ester, I want to say thank you for your professionalism and kindness and for making my dental experience as painless as possible. Please continue to be the extraordinary dentist you are.
Despite bad reviews, sometimes it is good to take a chance.

Dirty waiting room. Assembly line dentistry. Called to question why my husband was told I left when I was still in exam room one hour after his inquiry of my where about. Rude clerk Ms. Washington with an attitude said she couldn't find me . I never left the exam room. As I was hanging up, I said what an idiot. MS WASHINGTON CALLED ME BACK, and said I was unprofessional and hung up. Seriously? I will be filing a complaint. 0 STARS

This place SUCKS!!! I'm waiting for crowns and as soon as I get them I'm NEVER returning. The"receptionist" and I use the term loosely is rude, insensitive to patients, have little to no knowledge of what's going on especially when calling for updates. The "doctors" and I use the term loosely as well are also rude and insensitive to patients. Please do your research before coming to this hell hole ! It's been a its been a nightmare !!!!

Yes
Will this Dental Care provider try to get you an appointment ASAP if you have an emergency?
Absolutely
Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed?
No
Was the personalities of the staff well suited to a holistic approach to care?
Most of the staff were wonderful and I felt that they really 'got' what a holistic approach to care means.
Did the waiting room smell clean?
Yes

In this place the clerks at the counter never say hello and they giving me the impression that they are not happy to see you coming for their services. Also the waiting area is terrible, everything dirty. The sofas are broken, the carpet is nasty, the restroom dirty, the walls need to be painted.
