They have one day a week where they take patients with medical card and I dont know how it's not discrimination. It usually takes months to get in with a medical card, other than that I love the dentist and workers. Great people!

It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

The dentist is pretty good. But - No "gas" offered before the work is started, a little rough giving shots, and no "great" pain meds afterward. If you're having a crown done, the lab is out of state and takes up to 2 weeks (or more) to get back. My mouth hurt for 8 days after work was done, but I had to ask for pain meds and only got a few days worth. The staff needs a class in "dental etiquette". No small talk here. They're not unfriendly, but they're not friendly either. The waiting room is plain. The wait wasn't long, but again - you're in, worked on, and sent on your way. If that's what you're looking for, you won't be disappointed.
