All the equipment at this office seems fairly current and safe. It's definitely not top-of-the-line though. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. When I first opened the door to their office, I noticed a faint but distinctly foul odor. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I would definitely hesitate due to the fact that my experience was sub-par. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. Additionally, I went in for one cavity and all of the sudden, without an x-ray, I was told that they needed to repair 3 cavities. I have also had to dispute charges on items and services that were not done.

Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
