I found the front desk staff to be extremely rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend this dental practice to anyone! How can I take a grown women seriously when she is wearing a Santa hat?!

Dr, Brook is amazing. He saved my tooth and fitted me for new dentures. Rachael, the dentist assistant, was top notch and very conscientious. They really care about the patient. The office is very clean. The only complaint is the phone system is confusing, meaning its difficult to leave a message.

I went to this dentist almost my whole life, my whole family did. Dr. Demos and his family did excellent work and they treated us like family. I never had a problem with the dental work at this place until Dr. Demos was forced into retirement and someone else took over. They put in a faulty crown, incorrectly placed fillings that eventually fell out or broke, or didn't do a root canal when necessary. They are pretty judgemental about the condition of your mouth, and not gentle in their work. It takes forever to even be seen. I stopped going when I called to let them know that there was a possibility that I would be less than five minutes late to a very necessary appointment, and I was told that that was not OK, and I'd have to reschedule an appoinent that was another three weeks away.

The dentist wasn't friendly in the least. I have never felt more unwelcome somewhere. One thing that's been so annoying about #fullname|business~this provider#, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all.
