I took my 6 year old son here. We were told both of us could be seen in an hour and a half. Once we arrived the lady said condescendingly, "I don't know who would've told you that because it's not true." So I had to cancel my appointment. When we FINALLY went back to get the xrays, the assistant tried so hard to shove the mouth pieces into my son's mouth that she cut BOTH corners of his mouth until they bled in addition to making him dry heave from gagging him.
I just want to say thanks to this horrible dentistry because we have had to find a new dentist that was child-friendly and due to his awful anxiety and fear, we have to do nitrous for my son's teeth repairs. You have basically ruined a child's lifelong experience with a dentist.

Changing medical providers is never easy. Moving from out of state makes it that much more difficult. Once I found Waterloo Dental, I had no reason to continue looking. Dr. Novak is very caring and attentive. I expect to remain a patient here as long as I live in the area. I am confident that Dr. Novak always has my best interest in mind when recommending any services.
