Dr. Elbert seems to be a compassionate sort - he got me in for an emergency visit on a Sunday. The quality of overall dental care I received over several years there, however - was disappointing. All of it was done by a female associate, however, not Dr. Elbert himself. It has taken me over a year to repair some of the poor work done, and to "catch up" on several problems they failed to diagnose. I would not recommend their practice.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. I would definitely recommend them to my loved ones. I was so happy with their services. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility. I was hoping for some advice about how I could prevent tooth decay at home, but they didn't give me any. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it.
