They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

i am very dissattisfied with the on call service. i started calling a little before 9am on sunday morning it is now almost 1pm i have called 4 times i am in serious pain and all i keep getting is they can't reach the on call but they will pass along my message. what is the point of having an on call if they can't be reached? i would understand if it was at 2am but this is during the day over 4 hours very unprofessional. There should be something in place for if the on call can't be reached in a timely fashion that a back up is in place. After all anyone that has ever been in serious dental pain knows it is no joking matter.
