For 2 times they charged me double the price I needed to pay because they charged us before the insurance send the paperwork informing how much out of the pocket we need to pay. The worst was that during these 2 times, nobody from the office called me to make arrangements to return my money. I called both times and when I call, they check and say that I have a credit in my account. They returned the money but only because I called. That is wrong!!! The first time I thought they could have made a mistake, but then it happened again and the last time I actually waited a week after getting the insurance paperwork to see if they would call me. They never did.

I also had only 1 filling there and I hated. When I had my first appointment with cleaning they did not find anything on my teeth, then 3 months later I needed a filling and they told me it was big one. Big one??? Why didn't they catch that last time? Besides I had never had any pain or sensitivity in that tooth and after they worked on it, it took me more than 2 weeks to overcome the pain.

I am changing dentists and will never more go back to that place.
