They owe me an refund for over a year now I call every month and get the same responce, now you know if I owder them money they would call me and report me for unpaid bills... what a way to own a COMPANY>>>

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Well before I came in I was so nervous, when I got to the office I signed in had a seat the receptionist was very unprofessional, texing and looked at my insurance card with disdain and quickly tossed it aside, at tht moment I started to to walk out...worse attitude and manners ever. But when they called me back I met Sylvia she was soooooooo very nice and made me feel extremely comfortable I really like her very much and Dr. Sylvester was the coolest doctor, he took time out to answer ALL of my questions and didn't make me feel bad about not coming in as often as I should. If you can get past the Gothic/rude receptionist with the black hair(which isn't her natural hair color might I add) and you meet Sylvia and Dr. Sylvester you will actually have a fun time at the dentist office. Keep up the good work and fire the rude insensitive receptionist!!!!....see you guys soon!!

This is the worst place I have ever been to I will NEVER bring my family back!! They are so so RUDE, it's HOT I. Here I don't think they have ac , it's very dirty, they don't let you go back with your kids, they don't know what they are doing I has a appt for my kids at the Northgate location and the called a few hours before my appt and cancelled on me cause the dentist called in REALLY then they have me to come to the tri county location and we come up here and fill out paper work and wait forever for them to tell me that they can't see us cause the dentist that takes our insurance Met life went home early so they rescheduled us and so now we are here and it's an hour and we are still waiting!!! Worst place ever!!!!
