They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was though satisfied with my visit.

I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

While checking on my appointment time the operator was rude and rushed me through the conversation. She ultimately transfered me to the actual office because she seemed very irrated with my questions. Customer Service was definitely lacking and if I was not already a patient I would have definitely taking my business else where.

Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. I've never gotten a call to remind me about my upcoming appointment. It made me feel like they didn't care whether I showed up or not. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule.
