There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism.

Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.

No, I didn't receive anything at all
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

A little. I wish they had been more gentle
