I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Not really, sometimes I worry they're going to stop trying to help me

No, they didn't last more than a week

Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment

No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best
Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment?
Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

They are building a brand new addition which looks beautiful and even with all of the construction around, they have their act together. They are extremely helpful and make you feel very welcome and comfortable. They offer IV sedation for fearful patients like myself. I would recommend this office to anyone and will definitely be back!!
